Currie Group has hosted its first EFI open house week since both companies inked a strategic distribution partnership for the Australia and New Zealand region in January.

The open house week, which ran from April 12 to April 16, showcased the latest EFI wide format product offerings, including its Pro 32r+, to customers.


FREMONT, California -- April 12, 2021 – Electronics For Imaging, Inc. today announced new live Advanced Skills Virtual Workshops for users of EFI™ PrintSmith™ Vision – the industry-leading MIS workflow platform for small commercial and quick print shops. In response to demand from users looking to update their skills and onboard new employees, the workshops provide print businesses with more flexible, interactive management training options.
 
PrintSmith Vision users can select from highly specialized, a la carte training modules based on their needs. The instructor-led Workshop sessions are live classes running from sixty to ninety minutes each, with a maximum of eight students per class to ensure optimal interaction between instructors and participants.
 

Expanding capability to produce consistent inkjet ink products, from pigment dispersion to inks, to meet growing global demand.

New Castle, Delaware, U.S., March 18, 2021 - FUJIFILM Imaging Colorants, Inc. (hereinafter “FFIC Inc.”), a U.S. subsidiary of FUJIFILM Corporation, will construct a new production plant for pigment dispersions, which is a colorant for water-based pigment inkjet inks, in order to accelerate the growth of the global inkjet business. Construction will start in April 2021 and is scheduled for completion by 2022. The investment for this construction is approximately 19 million USD.
